The Town of Atlantic Beach provides the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) each year to provide readers (Council members, Citizens, Bondholders, Rating Agencies, etc.) with essential financial information necessary to assess the financial condition of the Town's government.  The CAFR is structured into logical sections that provide a comprehensive view of the results of the Town's financial activities for the fiscal year being presented.  Of particular interest to the casual reader would be the Introductory Section and Management Discussion & Analysis where the Town's financial policies, practices, activities, and results are discussed.  When viewed in conjunction with the Town's Budget, a clear picture of the fiscal operations becomes possible.
